Commissioner Jennifer Thompson is a small business owner. In her private life and business, she is President of Insight Marketing Group, a full-service marketing company focused on medical office marketing, community outreach efforts, and grassroots public relations. In this capacity she is responsible for developing and implementing the long-term strategic vision for the organization, which includes publishing Insight Magazine, the company's community-based monthly news magazine, and hosting their weekly small business networking/mentoring group, Coffee Club. Commissioner Thompson is extremely active in her local community and sits on numerous business and charitable boards. In November 2010, Jennifer was elected to the Orange County Board of County Commissioners.
Tony Jenkins is the Market President, Central Florida Region for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida, Inc (BCBSF). In his appointed role as Market President, Tony is instrumental in leading the Central Florida team in developing a business plan that will be executed in alignment with the strategic goals and objectives of the Company. Jenkins also spent 18 years with the Walt Disney World Company in various management roles. Tony is very active in the Orlando Community. He is the Board Chairman for the United Arts and the Florida Institute for Community Studies. He also currently serves on the Boards of The Central Florida Partnership, Orlando Economic Development Commission, Florida Citrus Sports and The Heart of Florida United Way.

Jim and Reneé Jardon are well known in Central Florida's business and civic landscape. Jim is President and Chief Executive Officer of JHT, Inc., headquartered in Central Florida's Research Park. The company provides services in Training (computer and web-based instruction, desktop simulations), Technical Data Management, Environmental and Marine Sciences, Management and Operations Support, and Construction. JHT has been recognized by both the Orlando Business Journal and Florida Trend as one of the top best places to work. Reneé is part of the team at Medical Curriculum Technologies - a Jardon company. Jim serves on Sanford-Burnham's Board of Trustees.
Ed and Susan Baxa are very active in the Orlando community. Ed is a partner at Foley & Lardner LLP. He maintains a complex commercial litigation practice focusing on construction law. The Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association selected him as the recipient of the 2011 Judge J C Jake Stone Distinguished Service Award. Susan's background is in nursing with a clinical specialty in psychiatric and mental health. She is a Trustee of Florida Southern College in Lakeland, and she serves on the Board of Visitors for the Cornell Fine Arts Museum of Rollins College. The Baxas are members of Sanford-Burnham's President's Circle.
